A five person group from the Concessional Loan Department of China EXIM Bank led by Mr. Li Jicheng, General Manager of the department visited SFECO and SCG overseas or inspection and guidance on related businesses. The senior official gave a lecture as training on operation and practice of concessional loan to foreign countries and preferential buyer's credit. Following the lecture, the participants from both SFECO and SCG exchanged views on concerning issues with china EXIM Bank officials.
