Recently, the award ceremony of Green Bamboo Education Fund sponsored by SITC was held at the multimedia classroom of Pearl Primary School in Chongming County, Shanghai. Leaders from Chongming Education Administration, representatives from SITC and leaders, faculty and students of Pearl Primary School participated in the ceremony. The Green Bamboo Education Fund is mainly raised through the donation from SITC and its employees with an aim to promote balanced development of education and achieve education equality. The fund offers incentives to excellent students and teachers, meanwhile provide poverty-stricken students with financial support.
