The labor union of China SFECO Group reported the building situation of incentive system to the employees
China SFECO Group held a labor union meeting, representatives were from headquarters and engineering department. Recent system transformation, drafting and issuing of the incentive system were reported at the meeting. Recently, SFECO will launch some incentive and salary rules such as “incentive evaluation for the market development” and “payment management rules for the Eritrea gold mining project”. It is necessary to make the incentive system according to the requirement of focusing on innovation and accelerating the speed of transition and development in order to realize the new profits model, improve the oversea development, strengthen the implementation and the highlight the incentive system.
