Three weeks ‘New employees training in 2012 Annual’ of China SFECO Group was finished on 13th. The President, Zhang Linfa, and the Deputy Secretary of party committee, Huang Yue attended the closing ceremony and acted as the judges of debate competition. The new employees showed their positive attitudes through the wonderful debate and the impassioned performance. The Training program was comprehensive and vivid which contained corporation culture, know-how, project management and team building exercise. Besides, the lessons relevant to the quality improvement were also given. For example, the lecture for “being an international manager who can hold on” discussed the talents’ quality from several aspects such as micro and macro abilities, personal quality and so on. “Career Planning” lecture analyzed the interaction of the factors which affect the career and expressed the common development of enterprise and employees through the direction of career planning management system.
