On Nov 15th, the completion ceremony of Hirgigo Power Plant Extension Project was held in Massawa, Eritrea. Mr. Yang Zigang, the Chinese Ambassador, Mr. Wang Lipei, the Economic and Commercial Counsellor, Mr. Chen Yi, the Assistant President of SFECO and Eritrean leaders attended the ceremony and cut the ribbon for completion. The completed project will improve the supply capacity of Eritrea and people’s living conditions.
