On Aug.14th, Mr. Wang Lipei, Economic & Commercial Counsellor of China in Eritrea inspected the Project site of HIRGIGO Power Plant again. He stressed that the Chinese government attaches great importance to the safety of overseas engineering projects, and he instructed the project team to put safety first in operation.
On August 27th, the five-episode-documentary named “New Era for China-Africa Cooperation” was aired on CCTV for 2018 Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). The HIRGIGO Power Plant and constructors of SFECO appeared on TV.
